This flat is for 2 to 6 persons, so ideal for families of various sizes. Of course as a couple or single you could just enjoy the additional space and light.
The apartment is situated on the upper floor and can be accessed by an external staircase. It is composed of two bed rooms, an open space living room with a pull-out couch. The kitchen is equipped with four ceramic hobs, a fridge with cooling compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a water boiler and everything else you need to prepare and enjoy your meals.
In the living room you can find a TV and in the bathroom not only a shower and a toilet, but also a bidet, a washing machine and a hair dryer.
From the living room you can access the terrace. 80m² that offer you an exceptional view of the whole Etsch valley stretching from Meran to Bozen.
In addition you can enjoy floor heating, controlled living space ventilation, freely accessible WI-FI, garden furniture, a barbecue grill, deck chairs and a bookcase offering entertainment for young and old.
Upon your arrival you will be given bedclothes, towels and washcloths.
For our baby guests we gladly provide a baby crib, a high chair and a changing pad.

Apartment Garden
The apartment (about 60m²) is situated on the ground floor and is for up to 4 people. It is composed of a bedroom, a bright living room with a pull-out couch, a kitchen equipped with four ceramic hobs, a microwave oven, a fridge with cooling compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a water boiler and everything else you need to prepare and enjoy your meals. In the bathroom you will find a shower, toilet, bidet, a washing machine and a hair dryer.
From the living room you can directly access the terrace and the garden overlooking the vineyard. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the view of the whole Etsch valley.
Upon your arrival you will be given bedclothes, towels and washcloths.

*The prices indicated are valid for two people for a stay of at least three nights. For every person more we kindly ask an additional rate of 10 €. Children up to the age of 10 years will not be counted.
